I would like to take this opportunity to thank our shareholders and other stakeholders for their steadfast support of Yamanashi Chuo Bank.

Looking ahead to our 150th anniversary in 2027, we have formulated a new long-term vision, "Value Creation Company 2034." This vision will allow us to evolve from our ideal state into a comprehensive financial group rooted in the local community over the next 10 years while continuing to build on the flow of our previous long-term vision, "Value Creation Bank."

To achieve our new long-term vision, we will work under our new medium-term management plan, "Value Creation Company: 1st Stage," for the next three years from April 2025 until March 2028.
The medium-term management plan includes a growth strategy, foundational strategy, and human capital strategy as three fundamental strategies, as well as AX (alliance), DX (digital), CX (corporate), and GX (green) as four drivers of transformation to develop sustainable local communities and aim to realize the ideal state for the Yamanashi Chuo Bank Group.

In particular, we will focus on utilizing our networks in Yamanashi Prefecture and Tokyo to achieve two-way connections in business and information with customers in each area to create value. We will also establish quantitative targets for human capital and social impact within our medium-term management plan to further accelerate our efforts to tackle sustainability issues.

In line with the establishment of this medium-term management plan, we have defined our Values to indicate what the Yamanashi Chuo Bank Group cherishes. Members of the Group will share these Values (integrity, speed, independent action, teamwork, taking on challenges with passion, and professionalism) while carrying out tasks and tackling issues on a daily basis.

Based on the Yamanashi Chuo Bank Group's purpose, "Exploring an enriching future from Yamanashi," we seek to be a financial institution that contributes to the realization of a "well-being society" where all people can live happily and achieve self-actualization. Going forward, we look forward to your continued support as directors and employees of the Yamanashi Chuo Bank Group will continue to take up bold challenges in the future.
